Afternoon tea with your child: 3 kid-friendly teas

Back To School time looks different for everyone this year. In talking with other parents, we discovered that we're all looking for ways to break up the days with our kids. We started a tea ritual with our son and we're loving the afternoon breather.

Here are 3 of our favorite kid-friendly, caffeine-free teas that we've been drinking together:

Warm Hugs
Soothing chamomile and warming cinnamon, with a cool peppermint finish.

It tastes like a warm hug from an old friend. Kids like to think they're "drinking" the dainty chamomile flowers.

Teatime
Rooibos

Rooibos
Smooth and naturally sweet, with a hint of fruity cranberry. If you steep it longer, it becomes rich and full-bodied.

Kids love the pretty ruby red color. Try dipping a finger in the tea and making a watercolor painting while you share your afternoon tea ritual.

Sniffles
Elder flower, chrysanthemum, chamomile, linden, rosehips and licorice root, in a cool peppermint base. Immune system support for the whole family.

It's fun to explore the ingredients in this tea. Take a spoonful of dry tea leaves and identify the chamomile flowers, the rosehips, etc., with your child.
