Sniffles

Sniffles
For grey days and stuffy noses
A cooling peppermint base wrapped around elderflower, chamomile, linden, and chrysanthemum — the flowers that have been steeped in European and Chinese kitchens for as long as anyone has been getting through winter.
It tastes bright, clean and a little floral. It's the tea we drink when the weather turns and everyone in the house sounds a bit congested.
A note from Turner and Alexa: We took a bulk bag of Sniffles on our three-week honeymoon, a rafting trip through the Grand Canyon. The desert air and dusty campsites left everyone in our group painfully congested. About a week into the Canyon, we started brewing a big pot of Sniffles to share every night. It became our campfire ritual.
