Good Medicine Tea

Firestarter Coffee ๐Ÿ”ฅ

If the internet is to be believed, there are two kinds of people: coffee lovers and tea lovers (and neโ€™er the twain shall unite as one).

I beg to differ, Internet. I love both.

Sure, they play different roles in my daily life...

Tea: To start my day, to get over the midday hump, to relax in the evening. Aaaand every time in between. (Picture Pippin Took listing all the meals a hobbit eats but insert tea, and that's my day.)

Coffee: 16-oz latte, please! I love coffee as a treat. If Iโ€™ve accomplished a goal, Iโ€™ll celebrate with a latte and a thumbprint from my fav bakery or coffee shop. (You both know who you are ๐Ÿ˜˜.)

. . . But then there are times I combine coffee and tea in ๐Ÿ”ฅ Firestarter Coffee. ๐Ÿ”ฅ It's rich and creamy like a latte, with warming spices to kick it up a notch.

Make it for yourself:

Ingredients

8 oz. of your favorite coffee (my current go-to is Stoked Roasters' Whiteout)

1/4 tsp. Golden Milk Powder (or 1 tsp. Golden Milk Paste)

4 oz. of your preferred milk (whole milk for me)

A dollop of honey

If you're a fan of Butter Coffee, add 1 Tbs. ghee + 1 Tbs. coconut oil (optional)

Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a blender until foamy (10-20 seconds).

Top with a sprinkle of Golden Milk Powder.

Sip and enjoy.

Cheers,
Alexa
