A practice of invoking bliss by creating a sacred container for your soul to rest.

Join Abby for a weaving of silent meditation, restorative rest, mantra and breathwork, infused with flower essences, herbal infusions and healing sound to support and deepen your ability to connect with yourself as a spiritual being in a physical body.
